SaaS = Software as a Service. It means that you don’t have to install any software, but all services of the software are available to you immediately. Hosting and database are already included. The applications are hosted in the AWS system, location Frankfurt am Main. Thus, all requirements of the DS-GVO are taken into account on the server side.

This version is more limited in functionality and offers a typical interface for agencies and service providers who need to be provided with data.
Our content team can also gladly take care of all content. From pure content maintenance to content optimization such as clipping, image manipulation or other services. These services must be discussed with us in the application case and are based on our hourly rates.
Media and metadata can be backed up at any time via the download formats. In case of cancellation, please make sure to do this in time, as it may take a while depending on the amount of data.
dynamicDAM® Light is a limited version of the dynamicDAM® solution. It uses a separate infrastructure and is limited in functionality. E.g. users are not unlimited and we offer professional tools like API, GDSN-Connect, individual download formats etc. from the standard solution. However, in many scenarios, especially for smaller or medium-sized companies, the system can be quite sufficient.
In principle, a changeover to larger systems including all data is possible at any time later. It can therefore be a very good introduction to structured media storage and distribution.
dynamicDAM® Light has a mandatory three-month term, followed by a monthly notice period. The cancellation must be sent to us in writing, preferably by e-mail.
