The NOBILIS NEO System of the NOBILIS GROUP
The beauty company NOBILIS Group GmbH is one of the leading distributors in the segment of luxury, prestige, and lifestyle fragrances in the German-speaking area and has been successfully operating in the beauty market for over 25 years. For the NOBILIS Group, dietz.digital launched the PIM/DAM system based on its own products dynamicPIM® and dynamicDAM®. The application was placed on the market under the standalone product name NOBILIS NEO.
Media Data Optimally Prepared
The core of the work was initially to examine and analyze the existing media data in a market-oriented manner. For this purpose, the media were optimized for whitespace and cutouts as well as for their basic suitability (pixel, color space, etc.) for use on online platforms and in the offline area. Only then were they made available in the DAM system.
Import Routines for Master Data
For product data management, the challenge was to organize, structure, and continuously update the source data from internal systems via automated importers (API). Subsequently, internal routines assigned the media data to the products. A public area also allows essential data, such as safety data sheets, to be freely accessible without login. Our system also covers these requirements without needing to use another system. Finally, our permission management serves to make data accessible only to target groups that should have access to it.
Individual Output Containers
The containers provide customers with precise master data that can be generated directly from the system.
