Overview

The system combines data from various global systems and relies on a mix of content management and automated import (API). In the lifecycle management of the import routines, complex retail-specific fundamentals are taken into account, aimed at reflecting product changes and product substitutions at all times.

Challenge

Many products, many attributes, and various sources. Additionally, there are "fast movers" and the need to reflect retail day-to-day operations. The requirements are high, which is why permanent agency support is necessary and useful.

Our dynamicTOOLS integrate product data management and media data management into a single platform. There are individual output containers that provide retail-specific data exactly as the respective customer needs. This applies not only to purely text-based data. For example, product images are also formatted as required.

The processes for researching, compiling, and sharing product and media data have been significantly improved. Manual work has been reduced to the minimum necessary, and the "time-to-market" has been massively reduced.
