Questions & answers about an assignment at dietz.digital
We are a digital agency with a focus on creation, processes and IT. If that interests you and you want to work for great clients, then we can be the right place for you. If you want to be flexible and still work with great colleagues, that’s even more true.
No, that is possible at any time. But since Corona, it has become clear that mobile working is becoming a high priority and we want to achieve the maximum possible flexibility. For our employees and their well-being, for our customers and their work results.
Yes. There are core working hours from 09:00 to 17:00. Typically, we are available until at least 18:00 on weekdays. Since essential communication has shifted to mail, chat and video conferencing, the top priority here is that we are available when our customers need us. In addition, some employees have fixed hotline/support times with customers who use this service with us.
There is no general answer to this question. If you divide the areas into consulting, creation, content and development (programming), you can already guess where the journey is headed. We are active in many industries. One focus is certainly the consumer goods industry (FMCG), but we also work for companies in the financial sector, beauty industry, mechanical engineering, chemicals and others … For us, it’s always about digital marketing, i.e. the focus is on communication and IT.
All our data is stored in protected private clouds, which can be accessed very efficiently from anywhere in the world with the necessary access. We work with modern IP telephony (eSIM) as well as with all other tools that are standard in digital communication (mail, chat, ticket, video conference tools (Meet, Teams etc.), HubSpot). For your daily work, we will provide you with a Mac Book Air with accessories and other hardware, depending on the area you work in or the tasks you need to complete.
Good question. In the development area (programming), English is the main language. In general, however, it is honestly already German. So if you are not primarily interested in a programmer position, whether full-time, part-time or working student, then it is essential that you know German. In our daily work, we have German and English as our main languages.
Unfortunately, no. We have done this time and again over the past few years. However, due to today’s working conditions, characterized by a lot of mobile working, we can’t really justify this. In our opinion, an intern needs support and daily, personal interaction. But we can’t provide that at the moment.
