Overview

Evaluation, selection, and integration of the DAM system. Essential for the selection was the digital agency dietz.digital, which is always available to the customer De'Longhi as a partner and advisor. All brands of the group are integrated, including De'Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet.

Challenge

The media data from De'Longhi is very heterogeneous and available in many formats and resolutions. Moreover, it was not stored in a structured manner. As a result, data could not be found, and sometimes inferior or incorrect data was provided to trading partners.
